01Company
Our story
Logic Controls is a young company with an experienced engineering team: more than four years of industrial automation work and more than 50 delivered projects.
That work covers food, beverage and dairy machines, pharmaceutical coating, cosmetics filling, labeling and bottle printing, concrete batching, hotel laundry machines and test equipment, on Siemens, Schneider Electric, Delta, LS Electric and Wecon platforms. Our engineers have also worked on SCADA for drainage stations and a feed mill, metal-sheet cut-to-length and grinding machines, and decal-paper printing machines.
We built Logic Controls to give factories in Egypt one engineering team for the whole control system: design, panel, programming, commissioning and support.
To deliver control systems that Egyptian factories can run, maintain and extend: reliable, documented and built on platforms with local support.

03Process
How we work
Six steps from the first visit to a running machine. You talk to the same engineers throughout.
Step 1: Site visit and survey
We see the machine or line, read the nameplates and drawings, and agree what the system must do.
Step 2: Proposal and design
You receive a written scope and quote. Once agreed, we produce the schematics, I/O list and bill of materials.
Step 3: Build and program
We assemble and wire the control panel, write the PLC program and design the HMI screens.
Step 4: Test before site
Wiring checks, I/O simulation and an HMI walk-through before anything reaches your floor.
Step 5: Commission on site
I/O and loop checks, interlock tests, start-up and tuning with your operators.
Step 6: Hand over and support
As-built drawings, operator training and follow-up support when you need changes.
