Troubleshooting, maintenance and support
A stopped machine costs money every hour. We find control faults methodically, using PLC diagnostics, I/O status, drive fault codes and wiring checks, and we fix the cause, not only the symptom.
What our support covers
After start-up we stay available for program changes, new features and planned maintenance visits. Support terms are agreed in writing, so you know what to expect.
Breakdown troubleshooting
On-site diagnosis of PLC, HMI, drive, sensor and wiring faults, including classic relay and hard-wired control circuits, on machines we built and on other machines.
Program changes
New features, sequence changes, extra alarms or recipes added to an existing program and tested before use.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled checks of panels, terminals, drives and cooling fans, plus program backups and an updated spare-parts list.
Support agreements
Planned visits, response times and support hours agreed per site, in writing.
Spare-parts sourcing
A list of critical spares for your system and help sourcing them from suppliers in Egypt.
Operator and maintenance training
Training on your own machines: daily operation, alarms, recipes and basic fault finding, in Arabic or English.

Maintenance and support
Machine stopped or showing faults?
Send the alarm text, a photo of the screen and the machine model. An engineer will tell you the next step.
What we need to quote
You do not need everything on this list. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
- What the machine or line does, and what you want to change
- Photos of the machine, the existing panel and the nameplates of the motors, drives and PLC
- Drawings, an I/O list or the existing program, if you have them
- Preferred PLC and HMI brand, or no preference
- Supply voltage and frequency at the machine, for example 380 V, 50 Hz
- Plant location and target date
- Languages needed for the HMI screens and documents
