Electrical design and PLC control panels
A control panel is only as good as its drawings. We start with the electrical design: power distribution, motor circuits, safety circuits and the full I/O list. Then we assemble, wire and label the panel and test it before it reaches your site.
What our control-panel work covers
We build panels for new machines, for upgrades of existing machines and for process equipment. Components are chosen for your budget and for spare parts you can buy in Egypt.
Electrical design
Schematic drawings of power and control circuits in EPLAN Electric P8, panel layouts, cable lists and the full I/O list.
PLC and motor-control panels
PLC, HMI, VFDs, contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers, relays and terminals in one enclosure, sized for your machine.
Wiring and labeling
Wiring in cable ducts, ferrules and wire numbers, and labeled devices and terminals that match the drawings.
Safety circuits
Emergency-stop and door circuits, phase monitoring and interlocks, designed into both the wiring and the control logic.
Testing before delivery
Wiring checks, power-up tests and I/O simulation with the PLC program before the panel leaves for site.
Design practice
Panels designed following IEC 60204-1 (electrical equipment of machines) and IEC 61439 (low-voltage assemblies) practice.

Frequently asked questions
Do you supply the components, or do we?
Which brands do you use inside the panel?
Do your panels follow a standard?

Need a control panel?
Send the machine description, the motor list or the existing drawings. We will reply with questions or a quote.
What we need to quote
You do not need everything on this list. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
- What the machine or line does, and what you want to change
- Photos of the machine, the existing panel and the nameplates of the motors, drives and PLC
- Drawings, an I/O list or the existing program, if you have them
- Preferred PLC and HMI brand, or no preference
- Supply voltage and frequency at the machine, for example 380 V, 50 Hz
- Plant location and target date
- Languages needed for the HMI screens and documents
