Yes. We survey the scales, motors and existing panel, then replace or upgrade the controls and SCADA while keeping the mechanical plant.
Can the system save batch records?
Batch data can be logged on the SCADA. The records and reports you need are defined for each project.
What do you need to quote a batching plant upgrade?
The number of materials and scales, the bins, hoppers and mixer, the existing PLC or SCADA if there is one, and photos of the control room, the panel and the plant. An engineer then replies with questions or arranges a site visit.
