01What you need
What a new plant in Egypt needs from a local team
Your machines are built abroad. Your plant runs in Egypt. These are the gaps we close between the two.
01Engineers on site
Imported lines need people on the floor during start-up and after it. Our engineers are based in Egypt and come to your site.
02Commissioning the supplier's way
We follow the machine builder's drawings, programs and procedures, and report to your team and to the supplier.
03Operators who understand the machine
Arabic HMI screens and operator guides for your local workforce.
04Spare parts you can get
A critical-spares list and local sourcing, so one failed part does not stop the line while you wait for an import.
05Documents your teams can read
Arabic for operators. English for engineers and management, with Chinese or Turkish versions of key documents on request.
06Support after the supplier leaves
Troubleshooting, program changes and preventive maintenance after the supplier's engineers return home.
02Services
What we do for new factories
Commissioning of imported lines
Power-up, I/O and loop checks, interlock tests, start-up and tuning, alongside the supplier's engineers or on their behalf.
I/O and loop checks
Every signal tested between the field device and the controller, with a written record for your acceptance file.
FAT and SAT support
We review the factory acceptance test procedure and results, and run or witness the site acceptance test with your team.
Arabic HMI localization
Screens, alarms and messages translated into Arabic and tested on the machine, with English kept for engineers.
Site electrical checks
Supply voltage, protection and earthing checked against site conditions before power-up, and panel changes where needed.
Local spare-parts sourcing
We list the critical spares from your machine documents and identify which can be bought in Egypt and which must be imported.
Operator and maintenance training
Training in Arabic on your own machines: daily operation, alarms, recipes and basic fault finding.
Support agreements
Planned maintenance visits, program changes and troubleshooting, with response times agreed in writing.
03For machine builders
Are you the machine builder?
If you build machines in China, Türkiye or Europe and ship them to plants in Egypt, we can be your engineers on site. We work from your drawings, programs and procedures, and report to you and to your customer.
Commissioning on your behalfPower-up, I/O and loop checks, start-up and tuning at your customer's plant, following your procedures.
I/O checks and SAT with your engineersYour engineers join on site or remotely while we run the checks and the site acceptance test.
Arabic HMI from your project fileWe translate screens, alarms and messages into Arabic. You approve the changes, then we test them on the machine.
Support after handoverTroubleshooting and program changes in Egypt, so your engineers do not have to fly in for every fault.
04Timeline
When to involve us
The earlier we join, the fewer surprises on site.
Step 1: Line specification
We review the electrical specifications, PLC and HMI brands and HMI languages before you order. Platforms with support in Egypt save time later.
Step 2: Factory acceptance test
We review the FAT procedure and results with you, and list open points before the machines ship.
Step 3: Installation
Cable and termination checks, power-up and safety-circuit tests.
Step 4: Commissioning and SAT
I/O and loop checks, start-up, tuning and the site acceptance test, together with the supplier.
Step 5: Production and support
Operator training, Arabic operator documents, a spare-parts list and a support agreement.
05Documentation
Standards and documentation
Our control panels and machine electrical work are designed following IEC 60204-1 (electrical equipment of machines) and IEC 61439 (low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies) practice.
Every project is documented: schematics, I/O list, bill of materials, test records and as-built drawings. We do not issue CE marking or UL listing. If your machines or products need them, we provide the electrical documentation your certification body asks for.

- Schematics, I/O list and bill of materials
- I/O, interlock and commissioning test records
- As-built drawings at handover

06Experience
Experience that fits imported lines
We work every day with Wecon, a PLC and HMI brand from China. We have also commissioned a system built on a Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC and an MCGS HMI, a combination common on machines built in China.
We program and integrate Siemens, Schneider Electric, Delta, LS Electric and Wecon, and we have delivered more than 50 projects in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, packaging and other plants in Egypt.
Talk to a past client
We can arrange a reference call with a plant we have worked for, with their permission.

Who you will work with
Engineers, not resellers
You talk directly to the automation engineers who work on your system, not to a sales middleman. Our team has more than four years of experience designing, programming and commissioning PLC, HMI and SCADA systems for food and beverage, pharmaceutical and other plants.
