Privacy notice

When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name, company and mobile or WhatsApp number
• Your email address, if you give it
• Your industry, plant location and timeline, if you give them
• The description of your machine or project
• Your country, the language of the page you used, and the country your internet connection comes from (Cloudflare tells us only the country, not your IP address)
• Files you attach (drawings, photos, documents). They are emailed to our company inbox together with your request; this website does not keep them. Large photos are made smaller in your browser before they are sent.

To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to confirm that a person is sending it.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. We see only totals, such as page views.

We count clicks on our WhatsApp, phone, email and quote buttons. For each click we record only which button it was, where it is on the page, and the page and its language. This uses Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine, without cookies, without your IP address and without anything that identifies you. If your browser asks websites not to track you (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), nothing is counted.

While you fill in the quote form, what you type is kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only, so it is not lost if you switch the page language. It stays on your device until you press “Send request” or “Skip and send now”, and it is deleted once the request is sent or when you close the tab. Files and your consent are never kept there. After sending, the confirmation page reads your request number, your name and the file names from that storage once, to prepare its links, and then deletes them.

• To understand, in total numbers, which pages and contact options visitors use

We process the data you send through the form based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and because you ask us to take steps before a possible contract, such as preparing a quote. We process technical data to keep the website secure.

Your request is read by the Logic Controls staff who handle quotes and projects. We use service providers to run this website and receive your messages: Cloudflare (hosting, form processing, spam protection, visit statistics and click counts) and our email provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send you marketing messages without your separate consent.

Our service providers may process data on servers outside Egypt. We use them only to run this website and to receive your messages, and we take the steps the law requires for such transfers.

• Quote requests that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted
• If you become a client: as long as needed for the project, the warranty and our legal obligations
• Files you attach: kept with your request, for the same periods
• Click counts (no personal data): three months, then deleted automatically

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you choose a language with the language switcher, we store a small functional cookie named lang, so the site opens in your language next time. It contains only the language code and expires after one year.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
• Ask us to correct or update your data
• Ask us to delete your data or stop processing it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to processing
• Be told if a data breach affects your data
• Complain to the Personal Data Protection Center

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to quote requests is limited to the staff who need them, and the form is protected against automated spam.

We may update this notice when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
