Live HMI demo

Run a pasteurizer from your browser

A working simulation of an HTST (high-temperature, short-time) milk pasteurizer, the kind of PLC and HMI system we build for dairy plants. Start it, change the recipe, cause a fault, run a CIP clean: the control logic reacts like the real machine.

What you are seeing

  • Interlocks The flow-diversion valve (FDV) sends product forward only after the holding-tube outlet has held the legal temperature. Try to override it in Manual: the PLC will not let you.
  • Alarms Prioritized, time-stamped alarms with acknowledge and return-to-normal states, as ISA-18.2 recommends.
  • Trends Live temperature against setpoint and divert limit, so operators see drift before it costs a batch.

Try it

  2. Wait for Forward

04Why choose us

Why plants work with us

Four-nozzle piston filling machine with a stainless-steel hopper, conveyor and operator push-button box
Four-nozzle shampoo filler with Delta PLC and Arabic HMI
  1. One team, design to start-up

The engineer who designs your control system also programs it and commissions it. Nothing is lost between teams.

  2. Five platforms, no brand bias

Siemens, Schneider Electric, Delta, LS Electric and Wecon. We recommend the platform that fits your budget, your spare parts and your maintenance team.

  3. Screens your operators understand

HMI screens in Arabic, English or both, with clear alarms, manual and automatic modes, and recipes operators can select.

  4. Tested and documented

Every I/O point, interlock and alarm is checked before production. You receive drawings and notes your maintenance team can use.

Who you will work with

Engineers, not resellers

You talk directly to the automation engineers who work on your system, not to a sales middleman. Our team has more than four years of experience designing, programming and commissioning PLC, HMI and SCADA systems for food and beverage, pharmaceutical and other plants.

About us

05From survey to handover

How we work

Six steps from the first visit to a running machine. You talk to the same engineers throughout.

  1. Step 1: Site visit and survey

We see the machine or line, read the nameplates and drawings, and agree what the system must do.

  2. Step 2: Proposal and design

You receive a written scope and quote. Once agreed, we produce the schematics, I/O list and bill of materials.

  3. Step 3: Build and program

We assemble and wire the control panel, write the PLC program and design the HMI screens.

  4. Step 4: Test before site

Wiring checks, I/O simulation and an HMI walk-through before anything reaches your floor.

  5. Step 5: Commission on site

I/O and loop checks, interlock tests, start-up and tuning with your operators.

  6. Step 6: Hand over and support

As-built drawings, operator training and follow-up support when you need changes.

Testing and commissioning

A local engineering team for your new plant

We commission imported lines, run I/O and loop checks, build Arabic HMIs for local operators and support the plant after start-up.

07Frequently asked questions

Questions plant managers ask

Which PLC brands do you work with?

We program and integrate Siemens, Schneider Electric, Delta, LS Electric and Wecon. We also commission and support machines that arrive with other controllers, after we review their documentation.

Do you build the control panel as well?

Yes. We produce the electrical design, assemble and wire the panel, and test it with the PLC program before it goes to site.

Can you work on a machine that has no drawings or program?

Yes. We trace the wiring, document the inputs and outputs, and write a new program if the old one cannot be used.

Can the HMI screens be in Arabic?

Yes. We design HMI screens in Arabic, English or both. One of our shampoo filling machines runs on Arabic screens for its local operators.

Do you work outside Greater Cairo?

Yes. We are based in 6th of October City and work across Egypt's industrial zones, including 10th of Ramadan, Sadat City, Borg El Arab and the Suez Canal Economic Zone.

What does the price of a control system depend on?

On the number of inputs and outputs, the PLC and HMI platform, the panel size and components, how much programming and testing is needed, and where the site is. Send a short description and photos, and an engineer replies with questions, a site visit or a quote.

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form or send us a WhatsApp message with a short description and photos of the machine, the panel and the nameplates. An engineer will reply with questions, a site visit or a quote.

Tell us about your machine or line

Send a short description and a few photos. An engineer will review it and reply with questions or a quote.
