Our pharma work includes a tablet coating machine on a Siemens S7-1200 PLC with WinCC Professional SCADA, and a motion-control retrofit of a printing machine for pharmaceutical and cosmetic bottles. Our engineers' experience also includes ampoule filling, environmental monitoring for sterile areas and purified-water systems in a GMP environment.

No. We provide the control system and the documents your validation team needs: drawings, I/O lists, functional descriptions and test records. Formal validation stays with your quality team or a specialist.
Can you work with the machine builder on a new machine?
Yes. We can deliver the PLC, HMI and SCADA while the machine builder delivers the mechanics.
