Cosmetics plants run many products and bottle sizes on the same machines. Fill volume, speed and changeover time decide output and waste. We build controls that keep fills accurate and turn a changeover into a few settings on the HMI.
What filling and packing lines need
We have automated two shampoo filling machines, one on an LS Electric PLC and one on a Delta PLC, both with Wecon HMIs. We also upgraded a bottle printing machine with motion control. Our engineers have also worked on wax filling and capping machines.
Filling accuracy
Fill volume, nozzle timing and speed tuned at commissioning and stored for each product.

Bottle-size and product settings saved as recipes.
One controlled sequence
Bottle feeding, filling and discharge in one sequence, with gates and sensors.

Frequently asked questions
Can you automate a semi-automatic filler?
Often, yes. Adding bottle sensors, gates and an automatic sequence to a semi-automatic filler is a common upgrade. We check the mechanics first.
Can one machine handle several bottle sizes?
Yes. Each product is saved with its fill volume, speed and timing, and the operator selects it on the HMI.
