How automation works

The control loop behind every machine

Sensors measure, the PLC decides, the HMI keeps people in the loop and the actuators act. Then it starts again, many times a second.

  1. Sensor

Measures the process: temperature, pressure, level, flow or position.PT100 · 4–20 mA
  2. PLC

Compares the value with the setpoint and runs the logic: PID, interlocks, sequences.PID · 10 ms scan time
  3. HMI / SCADA

Shows operators live values, alarms and trends, and passes their commands to the PLC.Modbus TCP
  4. Actuator

A VFD, control valve or contactor applies the PLC's output to the machine.VFD 0–50 Hz
  5. Process

The machine responds, and the sensor measures the new value.72.4 °C

Signal types shown are typical examples.

Scope options

Ways to work with us

  • Complete control system

Design, panel, PLC and HMI programs, testing and commissioning, delivered by one team.

  • Programming or engineering only

You build the panel or the machine. We write the program, design the screens or produce the drawings.

  • Commissioning only

For equipment supplied by others: instrument and I/O checks, logic tests, start-up and punch-list closure.

  • Support after start-up

Troubleshooting, program changes, preventive maintenance and training, on terms agreed in writing.

From survey to handover

How we work

Six steps from the first visit to a running machine. You talk to the same engineers throughout.

  1. Step 1: Site visit and survey

We see the machine or line, read the nameplates and drawings, and agree what the system must do.

  2. Step 2: Proposal and design

You receive a written scope and quote. Once agreed, we produce the schematics, I/O list and bill of materials.

  3. Step 3: Build and program

We assemble and wire the control panel, write the PLC program and design the HMI screens.

  4. Step 4: Test before site

Wiring checks, I/O simulation and an HMI walk-through before anything reaches your floor.

  5. Step 5: Commission on site

I/O and loop checks, interlock tests, start-up and tuning with your operators.

  6. Step 6: Hand over and support

As-built drawings, operator training and follow-up support when you need changes.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about our services

Do you work only on systems you built?

No. We also program, commission, upgrade and support machines built by others, after we review the program and documents or survey the machine.

Do you do the mechanical work on machines?

No. We handle the electrical and control side: panels, drives, sensors, PLC, HMI and SCADA. We work alongside your mechanical team or the machine builder.

Will we receive the program files and drawings?

Drawings are part of every delivery. Program files, passwords and ownership are written into the quote, so you know before you order what you will receive.

Why do two quotes for the same machine differ?

Usually because they do not cover the same scope. Compare what each quote includes: panel components and brands, how much programming and testing, drawings and program files, commissioning on site and support after start-up. Send us the other quote or a short description, and we will tell you what ours covers.

Do you hold certifications such as UL or CE?

No. We design following IEC 60204-1 and IEC 61439 practice, and we document our work. We do not issue UL listing or CE marking.

Tell us about your machine or line

Send a short description and a few photos. An engineer will review it and reply with questions or a quote.
