PLC programming and HMI design
Good PLC code can be read by the next engineer. We write structured logic for machine sequences, interlocks, alarms and recipes, and comment it so your maintenance team can follow it.
What our PLC and HMI work covers
On the HMI we design screens that operators understand at a glance: a process overview, manual and automatic modes, settings, recipes and an alarm page. Screens can be in Arabic, English or both.
Machine sequences
Step-by-step logic for feeding, filling, labeling, washing, sterilizing or batching, with manual and automatic modes.
Interlocks and alarms
Safety and process interlocks, fault detection and alarm messages that tell the operator what to check.
Recipes and parameters
Product recipes, step programs and setpoints that operators change on the HMI, without editing the PLC program.
HMI screen design
Process mimics, status indicators, counters, settings pages and alarm lists on the HMI brand your machine uses.
Arabic and bilingual HMIs
Arabic screens for local operators and English screens for engineers and visiting specialists.
Communication
Links between the PLC, HMI, drives and instruments over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and Ethernet.
Live HMI demo
Run a pasteurizer from your browser
A working simulation of an HTST (high-temperature, short-time) milk pasteurizer, the kind of PLC and HMI system we build for dairy plants. Start it, change the recipe, cause a fault, run a CIP clean: the control logic reacts like the real machine.
Try it
- Press Start
- Wait for Forward
- Simulate a faultwatch TT-102
- Acknowledge the alarms
Press Start to run the pasteurizer.

When to call us for programming
- A new machine needs its control logic and screens
- An existing program needs changes or new features
- Operators struggle with unclear or English-only screens
- The machine runs in manual mode because the automatic sequence never worked well
What you receive
- Tested PLC program with comments
- HMI screens in the agreed languages
- Alarm list and parameter list
- Operating notes for operators and maintenance staff

PLC and HMI programming
Need a program written or changed?
Tell us the PLC and HMI models and what the machine should do. Photos of the panel and screens help.
What we need to quote
You do not need everything on this list. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
- What the machine or line does, and what you want to change
- Photos of the machine, the existing panel and the nameplates of the motors, drives and PLC
- Drawings, an I/O list or the existing program, if you have them
- Preferred PLC and HMI brand, or no preference
- Supply voltage and frequency at the machine, for example 380 V, 50 Hz
- Plant location and target date
- Languages needed for the HMI screens and documents
