Challenge
The filler had to handle several bottle sizes and products with accurate fill volumes, minimal waste and short changeovers, and its operators needed screens in Arabic.
Solution
We built the control panel around a Delta DVP PLC with expansion I/O, an LS Electric M100 VFD, a MEAN WELL power supply, relays and terminals. The PLC controls fill volume, speed and the filling sequence, with tank and gate sensors, individual control of the four nozzles and a product counter.
The Wecon HMI runs in Arabic, with screens for alarms, signals, manual operation and settings, and settings for each bottle size and product are easy to change.

Result
Operators run the filler from Arabic screens and control each of the four nozzles separately. They change the settings for each bottle size and product on the HMI, and a product counter shows on screen.
